Scope and description
The selected contractor will execute RCC structure, masonry, waterproofing, MEP coordination, finishes, external works, testing and handover in accordance with the issued drawings, BOQ and Nepal National Building Code requirements.
Eligibility requirements
- Valid company registration and PAN/VAT
- Current tax clearance certificate
- Minimum five years of similar building experience
- Required key technical personnel and equipment
