1. Define scope and feasibility
Confirm land status, municipal requirements, access, utilities, target area, quality level, budget and delivery date before design begins.
2. Appoint qualified professionals
Use registered architects and engineers for survey, architectural design, structural analysis, services coordination and permit documentation.
3. Prepare drawings and BOQ
Issue coordinated drawings, specifications and a measurable bill of quantities so contractor quotations can be compared on the same scope.
4. Procure transparently
Prequalify bidders, document clarifications, compare technical compliance before price, and sign a contract covering milestones, variations, defects and payment certification.
5. Control delivery
Track quality inspections, tests, progress, site safety, material approvals, change orders and budget variance. Keep dated records in the Build Mart Nepal construction workspace.
6. Test and hand over
Complete snagging, commissioning, as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, statutory clearances and a documented defects-liability process.
