Build a compliance checklist
List every registration, tax, experience, personnel, equipment, declaration, power of attorney and bid-security requirement. Assign an owner and completion date to each item.
Price the issued BOQ
Use current material, labour, equipment, transport, overhead, risk and tax assumptions. Record exclusions and verify arithmetic before authorization.
Submit exactly as instructed
Observe file format, signatures, seals, portal or physical delivery rules, and the official deadline. Build Mart Nepal's online response form is an opportunity-management tool; it does not replace an official procurement submission unless the tender document explicitly says so.
