Our story
From a construction directory to Nepal’s connected building platform.
BMN Build Mart Nepal grew from a simple need: make construction information easier to find, trust and use—and then connect that information to real work.
The platform evolved because the real workflow is bigger than buying.
A construction project moves through planning, design, pricing, sourcing, contracting, execution, quality, payment and handover. Build Mart Nepal is being built around that complete journey.
The problem
Construction decisions were scattered across phone calls, social posts, paper quotations, individual contacts and disconnected files.
The first idea
Create a reliable digital marketplace where buyers could discover materials, workers, professionals, vendors and contractors in one place.
The operating-system shift
Discovery alone was not enough. Estimates, BOQ, RFQ, procurement, project records, approvals and field workflows had to connect.
The Nepal-specific layer
The platform expanded around provinces, districts, local levels, district rates, Nepal Building Code resources and local delivery realities.
The next chapter
Mobile field access, professional commerce, international collaboration, AI-assisted planning and accountable project delivery now define the roadmap.
What remains constant
Trust through visible evidence
Nepal-specific location context
Connected operational records
Access from office and field
The long-term goal is a trusted construction network that can collaborate locally and globally.
The roadmap includes stronger data, mobile workflows, professional and digital-product commerce, international manufacturers, research partnerships and scalable SaaS infrastructure.
