AAC Blocks

Bamboo Scaffolding

BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Bitumen Membrane
An SBS-modified bituminous waterproofing sheet, torch-applied or self-adhesive, commonly used on flat terraces and roofs across Nepal.
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

Brick Masonry

Cantilever
